The coloring and covering of the products with iron oxide red pigment are accomplished through the complex action of iron oxide red surface and light. The coloring power of iron oxide red  depends not only on the chemical structure of pigment, but also on the particle size of iron oxide red. Red iron oxide pigment dispersion is good, the smaller the particle size, the more concentrated the color, the larger the specific surface area, the effect of light is strong, the appearance of colored products will appear uniform, delicate, less spots, small color difference, to achieve the same coloring and covering effect when the amount of pigment will be reduced, so as to reduce the coloring cost. 4.Iron oxide red in the actual construction of paint paint, grasp the external conditions can improve the overall brightness:
(1)to prevent the site humidity is too high: if the construction site humidity is too high (relative humidity exceeds 85%), it will make iron oxide red water absorption white.
(2)The surface of the coating material should be fully cleaned before construction, and the surface treatment should not contain acid, alkali, oil, wax, water, etc.
(3)if the surface of the coated object is too rough or porous, it is necessary to seal the surface with primer, fill and polish with putty, otherwise it will make iron oxide red cloud luster.
(4)The matrix in the rain or dew, to wait for the matrix completely dry before construction.
(5) Water content should be controlled to avoid mixing water in construction.
