Manufacturer Rutile Grade TiO2 Titanium Dioxide R996 for Painting and Masterbatch
Titanium Dioxide
Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is an important inorganic chemical productalso called titania, a white, opaque, naturally occurring mineral existing in a number of crystalline forms, the most important of which are rutile and anatase. These naturally occurring oxide forms can be mined and serve as a source for commercial titanium. Titanium dioxide is odourless and absorbent. Its most important function in powder form is as a widely used pigment for lending whiteness and opacity.
It mainly contains white pigment . Generally there are two types of TiO2: Rutile R and Anatase A. Widely used in ceramic, paints, inks, coatings, paper-making, plastics, fiber industries, etc.
Titanium dioxide is of outstanding importance as a white pigment because of its scattering properties (which are superior to those of all other white pigments) and its chemical stability, non-toxicity.
TiO₂ Anatase Grade
Coating industry is the largest user of titanium dioxide, especially rutile titanium dioxide, most of the coating industry consumed. The coating made of titanium dioxide has bright color, high hiding power, strong coloring power, large dosage, many varieties, stable medium, and can play a protective role.

TiO₂ Rutile Grade
Anatase titanium dioxide is an excellent white powder pigment, with good light scattering ability, so good whiteness, high coloring power, strong hiding power, non-toxic tasteless, no stimulation to the human body, widely used in many industrial fields, such as paint, plastic, paper and ink.

Main Uses
1. Paints and Coatings: Titanium dioxide provides, provides and excel, while helping to ensure the longevity of the pain t and protection of the painted surface.
2. Plastics, Adhesives and Rubber: Titanium levels can help minimize the brittleness, fading and cracking that can occur i n plastics and other materials as a result of light exposure.
3. Paper: Titanium dioxide is used to coat paper, making it whiter, brighter and more opaque.
